Deborah has been working with Paula for eight years. As a person who believes in and expects a high level of service herself, it made sense that she began work at Paula’s Choice as a customer service agent. After becoming a strong voice and leader for both customers and the others on her team, it was a natural progression to transition from customer service agent to customer service manager. In addition to her work with this team, she also acts as the liaison between our U.S. office and the ever growing list of our International distributors; assisting them with everything from purchasing, shipping, marketing strategies and customer service. Although Deborah is originally from Minnesota, she has lived in the Seattle area for over 13 years. She loves all types of music, movies (especially comedy) and fills spare time with reading, cooking and volunteering in her community. She has two teenage girls along with a handful of rescued animals (one of which she brings to the office daily) which keep her busy from sun up to sun down and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
